Brother Walid, I can understand the situation you're in. The only thing I can think of is that you go to the administration of your faculty: beg them, talk to them, explain to them, do whatever it takes to change it. Engage properly. At least you will have done your best. Then if it doesn't happen, only then you have to accept the situation.
